In 2019, Diego and Mariano crossed paths while working together. From the very beginning, we connected through our shared passion for food and hospitality. As we worked side by side, we often found ourselves brainstorming innovative ideas to bring authentic Italian cuisine to more people.

One of our most exciting creations was the mobile bench on wheels – a concept designed to bring high-quality food preparation to any location with ease. This invention sparked something bigger: a vision to start our own business.

With a dream to share the rich flavors and traditions of Italian food in a fresh and accessible way, we decided to join forces. Together, we turned our shared idea into reality, and our catering business was born.
